What is a Virtual Event?

A virtual event is any organized meet up that takes place online rather than a physical place. We use hi-end communication tools and platforms  to help you host your a global conference, trade show, product launch, virtual gala, fund raiser, or a team meeting from any location. Our virtual events mirror a live event at it’s start point in order to engage fully with an audience, no matter where they are.

What is a Hybrid Event?

A hybrid event is the combination of an in-person event and a virtual event. While there is a present audience, the event is also hosted on our online platforms in order to connect and interact with a remote audience. Our hybrid event setups allow full collaboration among participants via video, audio, chat and document sharing.

One way or two-way?

One-way conferencing allows one presenter to speak to a virtual audience without necessarily having the remote attendees interact verbally.
Two-way conferencing is a two-way interaction via audio and video, document sharing form all attendees.
